PRODUCT PROVIDER ON THE WEBSITE

The products on the www.proffshop.eu website are sold by proffshop, trgovina d.o.o. We advise you to read carefully the General Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Policy.

PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD AND DELIVERY

All the stated prices of individual products are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include 9.5% or 22% VAT. Prices are valid from 10.4.2022 until cancellation.

Delivery in Slovenia is carried out via Pošta Slovenija and delivery in the EU is carried out via UPS.

PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION OF ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by Invoice

SLOVENIA: The cost of delivery is 4.99 € for all orders up to €40.00. When purchasing products over €40.00, postage is free.

EU countries: Delivery cost is €12.99 for all orders up to €70.00. When purchasing products over €70.00, postage is free.

We are not responsible for the misstated addresses.

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days and during the holidays we reserves the right after extending the deadline up to a maximum of 20 days.

Credit card payment

Purchase Certificate

You will receive a purchase confirmation to your e-mail address and we will deliver the products to our TRR after payment to our TRR, together with the invoice, to the selected address. If you want additional information regarding your purchase, refer to the order reference number or the reference found in the purchase receipt received.

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS

When you enter the entry website www.proffshop.euyou will be shown a list of the most interesting and sold products from our online store. If you would like to learn more about the product that is in our offer, click on the product image (on the first page) and then you will open the appropriate subpage with the product description and the possibility of ordering it.

HOW TO ORDER THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT?

Each image of the product also includes the inscription "Add to cart". To order a product, simply click on “"Add to cart". The moment the product was successfully added to the cart above on the green toolbar, you'll see your cart next to the "cart" icon and there's your order amount. If you would like to continue shopping around our online store, simply continue to view the products and add the one you choose to purchase to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart".

After you've had all the products you want in your cart click above on the green toolbar on your cart and you'll see the entire contents of your cart.

To remove a specific product from your shopping cart, simply click "red x" next to the picture of the ordered product that is currently in your cart. When you remove the product, your cart will update automatically.

If you want to order instead of one, two, or more pieces of a specific product, update your cart so at "Quantity" click on +/- to increase or decrease the quantity. When you increase or decrease the amount, click on Update Cart to refresh your cart to a new amount.

After reviewing this entire content of your cart and selecting the delivery method (you only have the option after budgeting), click on Next to Order.

The system will take you to the "Order website", where you will fill out Subscriber details. If you want delivery to another address then fill in the "Deliver to another address"

Select a payment method: Payment by Invoice, Payment by credit card, PayPal.

If your order is more than €40.00 (for Slovenia) or more than €70.00 (for EU)you will receive free shipping from the "Shipping" section of you.

Please read the Terms and Conditions before completing your order and, once you have read them, tick "I accept the Terms and Conditions and undertake payment." and then click on "Finish Purchase".

A few moments after clicking, you'll get a contract message in your inbox: Your order Proffshop.eu of x.x.xxxxand then when the order is completed you will get the message: Your Proffshop.eu order of x.x.xxxx is complete..

INVOICE ISSUE

PROFFSHOP, trgovina d.o.o. also attaches an invoice to the customer after payment and delivery of the ordered items. The invoice has a broken price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to verify the correctness of the information before placing the order.

TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may withdraw from the agreement to purchase the products within 14 days of receipt of the product by written message to the supplier and must then return the product within a further 14 days of withdrawal. However, the product may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product and is considered a notice of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, the buyer will be refunded all payments (product price paid and postage charges) within 14 days of receipt of the written withdrawal.

If you start using the products but change your mind, you lose your right to withdraw. We suggest that products where you find immediately after receiving that the color, size or any other features are not what you imagined, not fully opening or opening them at all, as far as possible. When opening the packaging, be careful not to damage the packaging and to store the packaging carefully, including all contents that protected your product and individual accessories. This may help you lower your costs for any refund.

If the returned products are damaged and in modified quantities, we will charge you appropriate compensation, which will be assessed with the minutes at the time of refund. The stated costs or lower value of returned products will be expertly assessed within 3 days of return and will be notified within 5 days. (Compensation will be charged at least 30% of the price). Please attach a copy of the invoice and warranty certificate to the refund.

ROK ZA ODPOŠILJANJE

For products in stock, the deadline for dispatch of goods is up to 2-4 working days after the approved order. In other cases, up to 14 days, except in cases where this is specifically indicated by the status of delivery. For products that are not in stock, the delivery period is up to 30 days after the order is received. In the event of a longer delivery period, we will inform you of the delivery time by e-mail or telephone.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 113/05 of the Personal Data Protection Act (OJ RS, 86/04 and 113/05), the manager of the online trade undertakes to permanently protect all personal data and will use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user's data be passed on to unauthorized or third parties. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data.

Personal data obtained from customers on the www.proffshop.eu are protected and will not be shared with third parties without their written consent.

The manager of www.proffshop.eu website reserves the right to establish a business contact to resolve any uncertainties in the verification of the data or order or to resolve any disagreements.

Kljub temu pa se lahko lastnosti artiklov, rok dobave ali cena spremenijo tako hitro, da PROFFSHOP, trgovina d.o.o. včasih ne uspe popraviti podatkov na spletnih straneh. V takem primeru, bo PROFFSHOP, trgovina d.o.o. kupca obvestila o spremembah in mu omogočila odstop od pogodbe ali zamenjavo naročenega artikla.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
